Waiting Lounge

While waiting for departure, passengers can relax comfortably at waiting areas where they can sit and chat with their companions, or wine and dine at nearby food shops and restaurants.

X-ray Machine

Large numbers of people pass through airports every day. This presents potential targets for terrorism and other forms of crime because of the number of people located in a particular location.

Inspection through x-ray machines and detectors are one of the airport security techniques and methods used in protecting passengers.

MCIA’s information desk is there to help passengers on their journey. They provide answers on whatever airport information you’re asking. Whether you’re looking for flight information, or airport directions.

Check In Counter

Check-in is usually the first procedure for a passenger when arriving at an airport, as airline regulations require passengers to check in by certain times prior to the departure of a flight. During this process, the passenger has the ability to ask for special accommodations such as seating preferences, inquire about flight or destination information, make changes to reservations, or pay for upgrades. The airline check-in's main function, however, is to accept luggage that is to go in the aircraft's cargo hold and issue boarding passes.

Passenger Boarding

Bridges provide all-weather dry access to aircraft and enhance the security of terminal operations.
