2. Write your full name, address, mobile number, email address and signature at the back of the qualified receipt, which is equivalent to (1) raffle entry.
3. Drop off your entries at designated drop boxes located at the Terminal 1 Pre-Departure, Airport Village and Departure.
4. Deadline to earn a raffle entry for a chance to win a prize is until 6:00 PM of May 31, 2023 and June 30,2023, respective to the raffle draw schedule.

7.All employees of GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation or any of its related partners for this draw, any other party who are directly involved in organizing promoting or conducting the draw and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
8.The promo organizer’s decision with regard to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
RAFFLE DRAW & PRIZE

2. A person can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, winner will get the prize with the higher value.
3. Raffle draw will be held at the GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation’s head office at Mactan Cebu International Airport, Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu – 6016, Philippines on the raffle draw schedule with the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
4. The raffle prize cannot be converted to cash. Registration and other related expenses relative to receiving the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
5. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
6. Winners will shoulder and is responsible for processing the VISA and other entry requirements.
7. Winner must directly coordinate with the AIRLINE and HOTEL provider once the gift certificate or electronic voucher is given by GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation.
8. GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.
CLAIMING OF PRIZE(S) & NOTIFICATION
1. Raffle draw winner will be notified by GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation through the contact details given by the winner as stated on his/her written contact info on the attached receipt/s. GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation will also announce the winners through Mactan Cebu International Airport’s Social Media pages and via Facebook Live.
2. For winners not residing in Cebu, they will be notified and asked to send their complete mailing address and to be delivered at their preferred location for the Voucher winner.
3. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winner will be given (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation with prior DTI approval.
4. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present two (2) valid forms of identification or any government-issued I.D. (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and proof of citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate) which should match the name stated on the winning receipt. If there is any discrepancy between the winning-entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
