MECHANICS:

1. Promo period is from November 28, 2019 to February 14, 2020
2. This promo is open to all Mactan Cebu International Airport passengers
3. The passenger must purchase a minimum single receipt purchase of:

• P500 – T1 F&B shops, T1 Stress Away, T1 or T2 WH Smith, T2 K2 Pharmacy, T1 or T2 Pack & Fly, or
• P1,000 – T1 Retail shops, T2 Mango kiosk, T1 & T2 Kiddoland, T2 F&B shops, T2 The Spa at Cebu, T1 or T2 Plaza Premium Lounge, T2 Aerotel, or
• $60 – T2 Jewelmer, T2 Mactan Travel Retail, T1 or T2 Duty Free Philippines shops

4. Fill in the qualified receipt with your full name, address, mobile number, email address and signature, which is equivalent to (1) raffle entry.
5. Drop off your entries at designated drop boxes located at the Terminal 1 and Terminal 2
6. Raffle Draw Schedule: February 17, 2020 (Monday)
7. Deadline to earn a raffle entry for a chance to win a prize is February 14, 2020 (Friday)
8. Receipts must be within the promo period of November 28, 2019 to February 14, 2020 only.
9. All employees of GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation or any of its related partners for this draw, any other party who are directly involved in organizing promoting or conducting the draw and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
10. The promo organizer’s decision with regard to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZE

1. Raffle Prize: Harley-Davidson XL883L-Superlow 883 2019

2. A person can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, winner will get the prize with the higher value.
3. Raffle draw will be held at the GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation’s head office at Mactan Cebu International Airport, Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu –6016, Philippines with the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
4. The raffle prize cannot be converted to cash. Registration and other related expenses relative to receiving the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
5. Winner of brand new Harley-Davidson XL883L-Superlow 883 2019 shall shoulder the necessary taxes, delivery and other charges.
6. Winners will shoulder and is responsible for processing the VISA and other entry requirements if needed.
7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
8. GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.

CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION

1. Raffle draw winner will be notified by GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation through the contact details given by the winner as stated on his/her written contact info on the attached receipt/s. GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation will also announce the winners through Mactan Cebu International Airport’s Social Media pages and via Facebook Live.
2. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winner will be give sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation with prior DTI approval.
3. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present two (2) valid forms of identification or any government-issued I.D. (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and proof of citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate) which should match the name stated on the winning receipt. If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
4. Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, the original copy of the registered mail, photocopy of the representative and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and proof of citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate) which should match the name stated on the winning receipt. The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification.
5. By participating on the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation relating to the draw. The winner agrees that GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation considers fit. The winner's name may be published on GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation’s website & social media channels
