Pursuant to Proclamation No. 297 issued on 21 July 2023 lifting the State of Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19, the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) shall no longer require the mandatory COVID-19 RT-PCR/Antigen Swab Test for non vaccinated or partially vaccinated arriving international passengers.
e-Travel Registration
All arriving international passengers must register for an account on the eTravel website via https://etravel.gov.ph/ within three (3) days before your scheduled arrival date at MCIA. Registration to eTravel is free of charge.
